Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be home?
No. Many customers leave a key, a lockbox or a door code. Add entry instructions when you book, and we will keep them on file for future visits.
Do you bring supplies?
Tell us in your booking notes which supplies you have and which you prefer. We will confirm the details before your first visit.
How is my price calculated?
Your price is based on the service, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the square footage of larger homes and any extras you add. Recurring visits are discounted. Extras that are already part of a service are marked as included and are not charged again. The price you see is the price saved with your booking. If the home is much larger or needs much more work than described, we will agree on a new price with you before we start.
When and how do I pay?
You pay after your visit. We will send you a link to your invoice, and you can pay by card online or pay your cleaner directly.
What if I need to reschedule?
Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your visit. After that, please call or email us.
Do you clean outdoor areas?
Yes. Our outdoor service covers porches, patios, flower beds and walkways.
